Returns
At Babyoffset, we provide a generous 60-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your denim purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 12 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Denim products must be free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or pet hair.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return processing.
- No Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@babyoffset.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
