Order Modifications
At Babyoffset, we process orders quickly to ensure your denim items arrive as soon as possible. Because of our rapid fulfillment process, the window for canceling or changing an order is limited.
24 HOURS
You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping.
How to Request a Change
If you need to update your shipping address, change a size, or cancel an order entirely, please follow these steps:
- Check your order status to see if it has been marked as "Shipped".
- If not shipped, email us immediately at support@babyoffset.com.
- Include your Order Number and the specific details of the change in the subject line.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. In this case, once you receive the package, you may initiate a return under our 60-day Return Policy. Please note that shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is accepted within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this process typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
