1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

Please follow the steps below to request a return:

  • Email us at returns@babyoffset.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or return instructions depending on the item.
  • Ship the item back within 14 days after receiving approval.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within
    5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or a replacement product,
please include this request when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
